- Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk analyses for new products, services, and cloud architectures.
- Monitor legal updates and translate them into actionable internal policies.
- Respond to data subject requests, audits, and incidents efficiently and proactively.
👩⚖️Who You Are
- U.S. licensed attorney (J.D. or equivalent) with proven privacy expertise.
- Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, and global privacy laws.
- Technical literacy—able to grasp software and cloud system architecture quickly.
- Experienced in privacy-related contract review and negotiation.
- Analytical, proactive, and a clear communicator within teams and leadership.
