[About Our Team] Legal Team

Our Legal team partners across the organization to provide strategic guidance, protect our business, and enable innovation. We handle corporate, commercial, compliance, and data privacy matters, ensuring the company operates safely and efficiently in a fast-moving global environment. As part of the Legal team, the Privacy Manager, Legal Counsel will have direct access to leadership and cross-functional teams, playing a pivotal role in privacy compliance and contract review.

⚙️What You’ll Do

  • Lead HIPAA, GDPR, and other international privacy compliance programs on a practical, operational level.
  • Collaborate with IT, Security, Legal, and Product teams to implement privacy by design.
  • Review, draft, and negotiate privacy-related clauses in contracts, ensuring legal and operational alignment.
  • Conduct privacy impact assessments and risk analyses for new products, services, and cloud architectures.
  • Monitor legal updates and translate them into actionable internal policies.
  • Respond to data subject requests, audits, and incidents efficiently and proactively.


👩‍⚖️Who You Are

  • U.S. licensed attorney (J.D. or equivalent) with proven privacy expertise.
  • Fluent in Korean and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong understanding of HIPAA, GDPR, and global privacy laws.
  • Technical literacy—able to grasp software and cloud system architecture quickly.
  • Experienced in privacy-related contract review and negotiation.
  • Analytical, proactive, and a clear communicator within teams and leadership.

  • Experience in SaaS, cloud, or tech product environments.
  • Hands-on experience in privacy audits and remediation planning.
  • Ability to train teams and translate complex regulations into practical business guidance.
