🎯 Role Overview

As the Head of People & Culture, you will be responsible for designing and executing a global people strategy that supports our ambitious growth and nurtures our vibrant, high-talent team. You will lead all aspects of People Operations—from recruitment, onboarding, payroll and performance management to organizational development, employee engagement, and culture.


This is a strategic and hands-on role for a builder who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and understands the unique challenges of scaling a distributed, international team.


🔑 Key Responsibilities

People Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a people strategy aligned with company goals and values.
  • Partner with the leadership team to design the future org structure and talent roadmap.
  • Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) across the organization.


Culture & Employee Experience

  • Build and evolve a strong, values-driven culture that aligns with our global identity.
  • Own and enhance the employee lifecycle experience—from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Design and lead initiatives that boost engagement, retention, and well-being.


Talent Acquisition & Development

  • Partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire world-class talent.
  • Develop scalable systems for performance reviews, promotions, and career growth.
  • Build learning & development frameworks that support continuous growth.


People Operations & Compliance

  • Oversee people operations including HR systems, processes, and global compliance.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Partner with finance and legal on international employment practices and policies.


🧠 What You Bring

  • 7+ years of progressive People/HR leadership experience, ideally in a high-growth startup or scale-up.
  • Experience leading People functions in a globally distributed environment.
  • Deep understanding of organizational psychology, culture building, and people systems.
  • Track record of implementing inclusive hiring, development, and engagement practices.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and leadership skills.
  • Passion for building diverse and high-performing teams.
